As a maintenance engineer you’ll be responsible for the continuous running of electronic security systems and fire protection systems. This will include carrying out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults, diagnosing breakdown problems, fitting new parts and making sure all systems are working correctly
Primary responsibilities will be the preparation of feasibility, outline and detailed design relating to CCTV, security, and fire protection. You will prepare tender packages including performance or detailed design-based specification, site and building plans showing point by point requirements of the project, system schematics and visualisations
As an Installation Engineer or Technician, you would be a member of the team responsible for electronic security solutions, such as access control systems, alarms systems and CCTV systems. You would work in all kind of business environments where high security solutions are a necessity and would be responsible for installing at customer sites
To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads
You will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. You will also manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationship with clients
